Managing the projects schedule cost and resources (2 days)

In this course you will learn how to create a plan and a budget and how you manage that during project execution in both large and small projects.

Content

One of the most important responsibilities of a project manager is to manage the schedule, costs and resources when carrying out the project.

Small projects can be managed using fairly simple reporting techniques, while large projects require more formalised procedures and the use of professional software applications.
