Primavera p6 EPPM - advanced course
Many of the lessons will be of use to project administration which must create users, maintain security and define global data units such as calendars and activity codes. Other lessons will help the project managers set up budgets, correct/change common activities by the help of ”Global Change”, and to lay out extensive ”Earned Value” analyses. Furthermore, we will cover many of the possibilities for sharing project information, e.g. project home page, checking in and out of the project, and project import/export.
The lessons can be completed independently in order to give a larger degree of flexibility during the course.
