Content
This course consists of a series of workshops. Each subject is walked through and discussed, and then tested on typical project examples.
It is possible to work with company specific projects on prior request.
Examples of subjects that the course covers:
- The theory behind the basic functions in a project management tool
- How to perform calculations in a project management tool incl. exercises with pencil and paper
- The relationship between Primavera P6 Professional and Primavera P6 EPPM
- How to create new projects
- Structuring your project data
- Locking activities (using constraints)
- Resource planning
- Resource optimisation
- Project financials
- Using filters
- Creating reports and layouts
- Project follow-up
- Reporting project progress
- Impact assessment
Target group
People who want to know about project management using Primavera P6 EPPM.
Requirements
The participants need to have a basic knowledge of Windows as well as a basic understanding of project management. Knowledge of project management tools is not a requirement.
Fee
DKK 4100 per day per participant, VAT not included.
The fee includes course material and full catering.
