It can be of great help to project employees to have a Project Office for support.

The Project Office provides help and inspiration in the daily work flow, e.g. when questions arise concerning the tools and templates that are made available to run the project. Or perhaps the project wishes to organise a risk workshop and needs support doing that.

A Project Office may exist in many forms. We use the experiences from your own organisation as our starting point, and discuss how the project employees can benefit from the Project Office in the best way possible.

Target group

Project employees in project organisations who work with many and/or large projects, e.g. employees in the Project Office.

Requirements

There are no requirements for participation, however general knowledge about project work is an advantage.
