Managing the projects schedule, costs and resources (2 days)

Basic Project Planning with pen and paper

Content

One of the most important responsibilities of a project manager is to manage the schedule, costs and resources when carrying out the project.

In this course you will learn how to create a plan and a budget and how you manage that during project execution in both large and small projects.

Small projects can be managed using fairly simple reporting techniques, while large projects require more formalised procedures and the use of professional software applications.

But no matter if your project is small or big, if you manage everything your self or have a team to support you, the important thing is to know WHAT to do!
