Prices 

All prices mentioned are in DKK and ex VAT.

Cancellation by Rambøll

In the unlikely event that we should cancel a course, we will do our best to plan a new date for the cancelled training. The participant can choose to opt in for the new dates or to cancel the participation. If the participant does not want the attend on the new dates, we will refund any course fee paid. We do not refund any additional costs that the participant might have incurred, eg. travel and accomodation.

Cancellation by the Participant

Participants can cancel free of charge with 30 days notice prior to the planned start date of the training.

Participants cancelling between 29 and 15 days before the planned start dates will be invoiced 50 % of the course fee.

Participants cancelling less that 15 days before the planned start dates will be invoiced the full course fee.

Changing Names

As a general rule the participant can pass the place in the course on to another individual at no additional cost(1) . The participant must notify Rambøll about such a change without any delay.

(1)If the change of names results in cost for Rambøll from 3rd parties (could be things like exam registration fees), these costs will be added to the participants invoice.
